Roel Hoekstra is the Founder and President of Akela Partners LLC and Akela Digital Marketing.
Roel has 30+ years’ experience leading businesses big and small. His experience includes marketing, sales, finance, investment banking, strategic planning and human resources.
Roel progressed through the ranks of the insurance and management consulting industries with John Hancock and Mercer Consulting. During his time as a management consultant, Roel served as a senior advisor to over 25 Fortune 500 companies.
Roel is an expert in marketing strategy, data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital advertising, lead generation funnels and automations, and more.
In 2011 Roel founded Akela Partners to help drive sales and enterprise value for high growth companies.
In 2021 Roel founded Akela Digital to serve the marketing needs of small and mid-sized service oriented businesses.
